It all started with a passion for sports & fitness in high school....

That was over 25 years ago, but when Owner Monique Bailey left the corporate world 5 years ago and searched for her next venture she easily fell back into the health & fitness world. A trip to the local YMCA held the answer. After noticing the surge of impersonal big box fitness centers that just shuffled members in and out and smaller centers with absorbent pricing. Noticing she stepped out on faith and created a gym steeped in love.

After receiving her Zumba certification, Skyy Level Group Fitness was created with the goal of providing a caring, fun and results driven environment welcoming to students of all fitness levels.

Now with over 25 classes a week, 10 different instructors and loads of fun, Skyy Level Group Fitness has become one of the premier fitness studio's in Chicago. Some of Chicago's Top instructors call Skyy home. Variety and fun are the primary focus for each class. Join for the  benefit and the enthusiasm will make you want to come back for adventure over and over.

About Us

Denisse is a 200-hour certified power yoga instructor. Yoga has played an integral role in Denisse's life path over the last couple of years. Coming from a cancer diagnosis that left her wheelchair bound for some time, she has found that yoga gave her all of the strength back that she lost during her battle to remission. She often comes to her mat for grounding after a stressful day, and for a good workout. She fell in love with the grace, beauty, and challenge of this vinyasa practice.
